Built to Perform. Built to Last.

What to Expect

We don’t pour epoxy — we engineer surfaces.

  1. Step 1

    The walkthrough

We come out, look at your slab, and tell you straight what it needs. No pressure, no surprise fees.

  2. Step 2

    The moisture test

Every slab gets one. If moisture’s coming up through the concrete, we fix that first, because epoxy over a wet slab fails, and we don’t do failed floors.

  3. Step 3

    The prep

This is where most epoxy jobs go wrong, so we spend the most time here. Grinding, patching, crack repair, pulling up old glue and mastic. A beautiful topcoat on a bad base is just a pretty way to fail.

  4. Step 4

    The pour

Flake, metallic, or coating, whatever fits your space and your style. We lay it down and level it.

  5. Step 5

    The cure

Floors need time to harden before you walk on them. We’ll give you the exact timeline for your job, and tell you when it’s safe for furniture, pets, and life getting back to normal.

The warranty

Residential floors come with a 10-year warranty through Binary Floors, and it’s transferable if you sell the house.
